Management fee
Charged on net accommodation revenue (net = gross accommodation revenue minus platform/OTA fees and the GST payable on that revenue).
One-off setup fee
Deducted from your first month’s earnings.
Owners pay nothing else. Cleaning, linen and amenities are charged to guests, not to owners.
This compares management fees only. Under our structure, cleaning, linen and guest consumables are a single fixed fee paid by the guest, not a percentage of your revenue. A fixed cleaning fee does not change with your nightly rate or length of stay. Arrangements are structured differently between managers, so compare the full details of each when deciding.
